First Look
The theme for July is “Healthy Of Sound Mind.” To feel your best, try to be the best spiritually, physically, and mentally. Lean on God, and he will be with you each step of the way.
Loved + Blessed included a two-sided card about the box's theme and the items in the box
Print, Sticker, & Scripture Card
The Print: The front of the 5×7 print this month lists the quote “Meditate On Good,” and the back says, “and his name shall be Wonderful Counselor.” I always put my prints in a 5X7 frame on my desk.
The Sticker: The sticker this month is actually a sheet of repositionable stickers. They say, “I am Loved”. You can put these on water bottles, mirrors, and more.
Scripture Card: The scripture card is “Dear friends, I hope all is well with you and that you are as healthy in body as you are strong in spirit” 3 John 1:2 NLT.
Life Application Workbook
This workbook is divided into weeks, and each week has a different theme. This book goes along with the online materials that come with your subscription. The themes for the workbook are “reflect,” “study,” “plan.” and “act.”
Subscribers can log into the Members Course Library to grab your workbook and watch the weekly videos.
Encouragement Kit
You can give someone this encouragement kit to brighten their day. The kit includes a poster and a blank card to write a personalized message. The scripture card is printed with the phrase “Dear friends, I hope all is well with you and that you are as healthy in body as you are strong in spirit” 3 John 1:2 NLT.
This book is filled with several different kinds of worksheets.
A.N.T Squashing Worksheet – ANT stands for Automatic Thought Squashing. You write down your negative thoughts, then write down a positive message.
Limiting Belief Journaling Page – Use this journaling page to write down your negative or discouraging beliefs.
Meditation Pages – Use these pages to use meditation to shift negative thoughts to positive ones.
Thought Obedience Training Page – Train your mind to bring your thoughts into obedience.
Final Thought: I enjoy taking some time each month to really experience Loved + Blessed. I love the book and the repositional stickers this month.
